MEMS OCXOS & TCXOS

SiTime MEMS precision oscillators deliver the most stable timing under environmental stressors – airflow, rapid temperature change, shock, vibration, poor power supply, and EMI – in a small, robust package. These devices can be configured to any combination of frequency, stability, voltage, and pull range within a wide range of parameters, eliminating the long lead times, customization costs.

The high precision OCXOs offer excellent stability in a very small OCXO footprint of only 9 x 7 mm.

These devices are ideal for emerging 5G, datacenter, and networking applications that require accurate, resilient, and reliable time references.

Furthermore, SiTime offers a 32 kHz TCXO lineup with up to ±3 ppm stability in a 1.2 mm² chip-scale package. The typical core supply current is as low as 1 μA. These 32 kHz TCXOs are factory-calibrated at multiple temperature points to guarantee extremely tight, all-inclusive frequency stability.

Description

The high-precision MEMS OCXOs of the SiTime Epoch Platform™ offer outstanding stability in a compact design of only 9 x 7 mm. These devices are ideal for emerging 5G, datacenter, and networking applications that require accurate and reliable time references.

They are insensitive to temperature shocks, air currents and vibrations while consuming less power. SiTime's silicon manufacturing process ensures the highest quality with shorter lead times for a stable supply chain. The OCXOs with the possibility of Digital frequency tuning through I2C and SPI interfaces have a temperature stability of up to ±1 ppb even over the temperature range of up to -40 °C ~ +95 °C.

Description

SiTime MEMS KHZ TCXOS are designed specifically for wearable, IoT, and mobile applications, where space and power are critical. The product list includes 32.768 kHz TCXOs with a unique combination of ultra-small footprints, low power, best frequency stability.

The SiTime 32 kHz TCXO lineup is the first to offer ±3 ppm stability in a 1.2 mm² chip-scale package. These 32 kHz TCXOs are factory-calibrated over multiple temperature points to guarantee extremely tight, all-inclusive frequency stability. The NanoDrive™ programmable output helps to further minimize the power consumption. Remarkable are the low integrated RMS phase jitter at 2.5 ns, 2.0 ns, and 1.8 ns.
