Jauch Quartz GmbH named “World Market Leader Champion” once again

Jauch Quartz GmbH was once again recognized as a “World Market Leader Champion” by the University of St. Gallen.

After being awarded the “World Market Leader Champion” seal for the first time in 2024, the company confirmed its strong international market position again in 2025. “We are proud to be recognized once again as World Market Leader Champion. This award confirms our continuous efforts and our strong market position,” says Thomas Jauch, managing director of Jauch Quartz GmbH.

The award is based on a scientific study conducted annually at the university of St. Gallen. The “World Market Leader Index” lists all world market leaders from German-speaking countries and is published in the business magazine “WirtschaftsWoche”.

Five criteria must be met to be recognized as a World Market Leader Champion:

• The company must be headquartered in a German-speaking country and be owner-managed.
• The company must be active on at least three continents.
• An annual turnover of at least 50 million euros is required.
• The foreign share of sales must be at least 50%.
• The company must be ranked first or second in its market segment.

Jauch Quartz GmbH, founded in 1954, has long been one of the world's leading companies in the field of frequency-generating components. These high-precision products, such as quartz crystals and oscillators, set the pace in electronic applications.
