On April 24, 2024, Jauch took part for the first time in a special training and career fair, the Azubispot in Villingen-Schwenningen. The special thing about this fair was the venue in a large cinema! This "cool location" created the setting for a relaxed exchange between the exhibiting companies and the more than 500 pupils and students from the region.
Some of our current trainees and students presented Jauch together with the HR manager in the "BlueBoxx" movie theater. At the information stand in the foyer of the cinema and during the 15-minute live presentation on the large cinema stage, the trainees and students showed the various training occupations and study opportunities available at Jauch.
Our young "career fair team" had prepared intensively for this day in advance. This effort paid off. It was an exciting day with a very interested, young audience. In the course of the year, we will also be present with our own career film in the supporting program of the "BlueBoxx". In this way, Jauch will be able to remind the target group of "Future Talents" once again in the media.
