Jauch Quartz GmbH presents a new product in its portfolio: the JTX110. It is a tuning fork crystal with the typical tuning fork-shaped appearance of the crystal bar. Thanks to the very small 2Pad ceramic package shape, the product is ideally suited for use in small, e.g. portable applications. Furthermore, the quartz has short delivery times.
The JTX110 is suitable for use in industrial, telecommunication and consumer applications and is particularly common in miniaturized, portable products. The tuning fork crystal complements the JTX series, which previously consisted of the JTX210 and JTX310. These two products have larger package dimensions. Housed in a package measuring just 1.6 x 1.0 x 0.5 mm, the JTX110 thus finds a place on almost any circuit.
JTX series quartz crystals are manufactured using advanced photolithographic processes. For this reason, it is possible to reduce the blank size to a minimum. As usual with this type of quartz crystals, the frequency of the JTX110 is also 32.768 kHz. It is available with a frequency tolerance of 20 ppm at 25°C and different load capacities from 6 to 12.5 pF.
Of course, the JTX110 is 100 percent lead-free and both RoHS and REACH compliant. There are also no conflict materials used in production.
