Temperature-compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO) JT21LE with very low power consumption

The temperature-compensated crystal oscillators (TCXO) from Jauch are ideal for wireless applications. Due to their clipped-sine output, they have exceptionally low current consumption.

One oscillator stands out in particular: the JT21LE series, a crystal oscillator with very low power consumption. Its excellent frequency stability, up to ±0.5 ppm, combined with the clipped sine wave output, enables very low power consumption. The JT21LE thus sets a new standard in terms of reliability and energy efficiency.

The oscillator can be configured for various applications and offers a frequency range of 13.0 to 52.0 MHz for WiMAX, LTE, GNSS and Wi-Fi communication devices. It is also ideal for use in fanless IoT gateways. The ultra-low power supply range of 1.2 to 1.8 V enables exceptional energy savings within an industrial temperature range of -40 to +85 °C.

With its miniature housing (2.0 mm x 1.6 mm x 0.7 mm), the JT21LE is particularly suitable for miniaturized electronic devices with very limited PCB space.

In addition to the JT21LE, the JT21 TCXO family includes HCMOS and clipped sine output options that comply with the EU RoHS directive and are ideal for fast automatic assembly lines.
