This strong partnership makes it possible to combine Jauch's product know-how, large portfolio of Lithium Batteries and technical support with the enormous reach of DigiKey, one of the world's largest distributors of technical components and automation products.
The DigiKey Marketplace will allow Jauch to utilize the DigiKey website, while the Lithium Batteries themselves will remain at Jauch's own locations and be shipped from there via Jauch's existing logistics network. The products will be shipped from Jauch's headquarters in Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany, for the EU market and from its UK subsidiary Jauch Quartz UK in Frimley, England for the UK market.
The Jauch product range of batteries and cells includes battery chemistries for various applications: Lithium Polymer, Lithium Ion, Lithium Thionyl Chloride and Lithium Manganese Dioxide in various configurations.

Our battery production in Germany is under regular manufacturing inspection for UL standards UL 62133 and UL2054. In our new test and certification center, we can not only test cells and batteries ourselves, but also issue certificates - either directly or in cooperation with renowned, accredited test laboratories to test and meet standards such as those of UL, PSE, KC and CCC. Jauch's experienced engineers, chemists and technicians can now carry out all tests for both the UN38.3 transport test and the IEC62133 safety standard themselves.
